Rule 8. SERVICE UPON PARTIES

Where service of any document is required, service shall be made pursuant to Rule 5(a) and (b) of the Hawaiʻi Rules of Civil Procedure and the Hawaiʻi Electronic Filing and Service Rules, as applicable.
