RE: The Application and Effective Dates of Insurance Commissioner Memorandums 2020-1LIC, 2020-4A, and 2020-5LIC
The following Insurance Commissioner Memorandums were issued containing the following respective language:
1. Memorandum 2020-1LIC, New, Renewing, and Reactivating Licenses
Date of Issue: March 18, 2020
"This Memorandum shall be in effect for 90 days, and may be extended."
NOTE: The 90th day after the issuance of this Memorandum was June 16, 2020.
2. Memorandum 2020-4A, Waivers of Certain Requirements for Insurers, Instructions, and Guidelines
Date of Issue: April 27, 2020
"This Commissioner's Memorandum will remain in effect for 60 days from the date of this Memorandum's issuance and may be extended if the Commissioner determines it necessary."
NOTE: The 60th day after the issuance of this Memorandum was June 26, 2020.

3. Memorandum 2020-5LIC, License Examinations and License Status
Date of Issue: June 3, 2020
"This Memorandum shall be in effect for 90 days, and may be extended."
NOTE: The 90th day after the issuance of this Memorandum will be September 1, 2020.
Because of the continuation of the extraordinary effects COVID-19 is having on this State and the insurance industry, Memorandums 2020-1LIC, 2020-4A, and 2020-5LIC shall apply and stay in effect until determined otherwise by this office.
