Hayashida Insurance Commissioner SUBJECT: July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020, Filing Fees Reduction Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes ("HRS") §§ 26-9(o), 92-28, 431:10-244, 431:10A-113, 431:10B-108(a), 431:10G-202, 431:14-104(a), 431:14G-105(a), and 431:20-121, the following filing fees will be reduced by fifty percent (50%) effective July 1, 2019, and will automatically readjust to the statutorily mandated fee levels on June 30, 2020. The required filing fees for licensed insurers which are reduced for this time period are found in: - HRS §431:10-244, Filing Procedures for Contracts Approved by Commissioner; - HRS §431:10A-113, Filing Procedure; - HRS §431:10B-108(a), Filing, Approval, and Withdrawal of Forms and Premium Rates; - HRS §431:10G-202, Rate Filings; - HRS §431:14-104(a), Rate Filings; - HRS §431:14G-105(a), Rate Filings; and - HRS §431:20-121, Contract Forms, Filing, Disapproval.
