This chapter establishes
the Parents and Other Caretaker Relatives Group.
The
Parents and Other Caretaker Relatives Group, created
through the enactment of the Affordable Care Act,
consolidates Medicaid eligibility for a parent or
other caretaker relative living with a child under age
nineteeQ years.
