HAR §17-1722-29. Effective date of coverage
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 17-1722-29
Coverage as a qualified disabled and working
individual will coincide with the effective date of
enrollment in Part A, as allowed under section 1818A
of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. §1395i-2(a) and
determined by the Social Security Administration but
not earlier than the first day of the three months
prior to the month the application is received by the
