HAR §17-1722-93. Termination of LIS benefits

Benefits for the LIS shall be terminated effective the UNOFFICIAL 1722-28 first day of the month following the month in which the recipient is found ineligible if the conditions of adverse notice are met in accordance with chapter 17- 1713. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) Loss of Medicare eligibility; (2) An eligibility redetermination is not completed as the recipient failed to provide the department with requested verification or provide a completed eligibility redetermination form; (3) Loss of residency; (4) Inmate of a public institution; or (5) Enrollment in PACE.
