HAR §17-1737-1. Purpose
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 17-1737-1
This chapter shall set
forth:
(1) Medical care and services provided to
eligible persons under the fee for service
component of the medical assistance program;
(2) Excluded services; and
(3) Conditions for payment.
