HAR §17-1738-35. Appeals and hearings

(a) The
provider shall be entitled to the appeal and hearing
process in accordance with the provisions of chapter
17-1736.
(b) The applicant or recipient who is denied
eligibility for medical assistance or whose eligibility
is terminated shall be entitled to the appeal and
hearing process in accordance with chapter 17-1703.
