HAR §17-2021-30. Applicability

(a) The expedited grievance procedure is established for any grievance concerning a proposed termination of tenancy that involves: (1) Any criminal activity that threatens the health, safety, or right to peaceful enjoyment of the authority's public housing 2021-13 2997 §17-2021-33 premises by other residents or employees of the authority, or (2) Any drug-related criminal activity on or near such premises. (b) The informal settlement of grievances pursuant to section 17-2021-10 is not applicable under the expedited grievance procedure.
