HAR §17-2026-1. Chapter purposes

The purpose of this chapter is to promulgate rules to:
(1) Provide a timely and appropriate response to

homelessness;
(2) Respond to the growing number of homeless families and individuals who are unable to find affordable units to rent; and
(3) Establish and govern the services and benefits that the corporation may provide for the homeless through homeless facilities.
