HAR §17-2026-402. Source of funds

(a) The
corporation may receive federal funds to be used for
the emergency shelter grants program from the United
States Department of Housing and Urban Development or
from other governmental sources.
(b) Funds received shall be used for program
assistance needs as described in 24 Code of Federal
Regulations, Part 576. [Eff NOV 15 2004] (Auth:
