HAR §11-217-3. The disability and communication access board

(a) The principal office of the board is at Honolulu, Hawaii. All communications pursuant to this chapter to the board shall be addressed to the chairperson of the board, Honolulu, Hawaii, unless otherwise specifically directed. (b) For the purpose of this chapter, the regular work hours shall be from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays, unless otherwise provided by statute or executive order. (c) All documents required to be filed herein shall be filed with the board at Honolulu, Hawaii, within such time limits as prescribed by these rules or by order of the board.
