HAR §17-2028-35. Loss of preference

An applicant
who declines one offer of
a housing unit,
without good
cause,
or who voluntarily requests cancellation of the
application,
shall lose all preferences for a period
of twelve months from the date the offer was declined
or from the date of the request for cancellation.
