HAR §17-610-17. Notification of eligible households

(a) Reductions, suspensions, and cancellations of
allotments shall be considered federal adjustments to
§17-610-17
610-16
allotments. No adverse action notice shall be sent to
certified households.
(b) The department shall publicize the reduc-
tions, suspensions, and cancellations of allotments by
the following:
(1) News media; and
(2) Posters in certification offices, issuance
locations, or other sites frequented by
certified households; or
(3) General notices mailed to individual
