HAR §11-217-62. §11-217-60 Decision

All final orders, opinions, or rulings entered by the board in a design specification proceeding shall be served upon the parties or persons participating in the proceeding by mailing a certified copy of the decision and orders and accompanying findings and conclusions within a reasonable time to each party or to the attorney of record.
