HAR §17-655-13. Participation pending receipt of SSN

(a) The department shall not deny, delay, or
discontinue assistance or certification pending the
issuance or verification of a SSN if the individual has
complied with section 17-655-12.
(b) The individual shall be required to report
the SSN to the department immediately upon receipt.
