HAR §17-661-12. Repealed

[R 8/1/94 ] §17-661-13 Relationship to supplemental security income. (a) All refugee recipients under the refugee resettlement program who are sixty-five years of age or older, or who are blind or disabled shall be referred to the Social Security Administration to apply for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits. 661-9 (b) State supplemental assistance to refugee SSI recipients shall be provided according to state standards.
