HAR §17-663-96. Restoration of lost benefits

The
department shall restore to a household benefits which
were lost by an error by the department or by the SSA

§17-663-97 SSI households applying with the
department. The department shall allow SSI households
to submit SNAP applications to local SNAP offices
rather than through the SSA if the households choose.
In such cases, all verification including documentation
pertaining to SSI program benefits shall be provided by
the household, by SDX or BENDEX, or obtained by the
