3-9 at the time of notification of eligibility for program enrollment; provided that if the waitlisted family unit is not eligible, the caretaker will be notified of the application denial. (f) Eligibility for the initial payment shall be the later of: (1) The month that requirements of section 17-798.3-9 are verified by the department; or (2) The eligible child's first day in child care. (g) Assignment of applicants to the waitlist shall be final and conclusive and not subject to an administrative appeal under section 17-798.3-21.
