HAR §17-798.3-82. Managing children's behavior

(a) The provider shall ensure an environment that promotes a child's well-being. (b) The provider shall not use physical punishment as a means of disciplining or managing children's behavior, including but not limited to, spanking, pinching, slapping, or shaking.
