Child care payments under
this chapter shall be for early childhood services to
low- and moderate-income families that support
families in accessing early learning services for
young children by providing up to three school years
o f experience in a preschool program chosen by the
child's caretaker prior to the child entering
kindergarten.
The intent of the program is to provide
child care payments to as many eligible families as
possible through the funding that is appropriated and
avMq~lRQle for the State fiscal year.
