HAR §17-799.1-22. Administrative appeal requests

(a) A caretaker may fil e a written request for an administrative appeal, i n accordance with the provisions set forth in c hapter 17-602.1, when the family unit disagrees with the department's adverse action to deny, reduce, suspend, or terminate payment, or with the department's determination of an overpayment, except in the case of sections 17-799.1- 19 and 17-799.1-20{a ) (18).
