HAR §17-799.1-5. Application period
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 17-799.1-5
There is
established an application period as defined in this
chapter for each specified program year.
Applications
received during the application period for the
specified program year shall be processed in
accordance with section 17-799.1-6; provided that the
department may refuse to take new applications
pursuant to section 17-799.1-24 due to insufficient
funds.
