HAR §11-25-13. Procedures of the board

(a) The records of the board shall be kept in the office of the state department of health, environmental management division, safe drinking water branch for a minimum of five years. (b) The board consists of five members appointed by the governor. Three members of the board shall constitute a quorum to do business, and the concurrence of a majority of all of the members to which the board is entitled shall be necessary to make any action of the board valid. (c) There shall be a minimum of two scheduled meetings per year at such time and place adopted by the board. Additional meetings may be called by the chairperson. 25-20 §276
