HAR §17-895.1-26. Communication between parents and caregivers

(a) Centers shall obtain from the parent or guardian a description of the infant's or toddler's daily routine and behavior patterns prior to enrollment; and (b) Caregivers shall relay information and concerns about the health, development, or behavior of 895.1-28 3517 §17-895.1-27 the infant or toddler, as well as positive experiences, directly to the parents or guardians on the day of the major change, symptom, or event.
