1-66 Food preparation. (a) Facilities that serve meals, or meals and snacks, shall meet all of the requirements of the department of health, chapter 11-50. (b) Facilities serving only snacks, which are not potentially hazardous food, and which require minimal use of utensils, shall be exempt from the requirements of subsection (a). These facilities shall have access to a sink with running water. Lavatories in toilet rooms shall not be used for preparation or cleaning of snacks.
