HAR §17-896.1-69. Handwashing

(a) The staff members and children shall wash their hands using water and soap before and after the following activities: (1) Before and after eating, drinking, or feeding a child; (2) Before handling clean utensils or equipment; (3) Before and after preparing food or beverages; (4) After using the toilet or helping a child in toileting; (5) After handling bodily fluids or items containing bodily fluids; (6) After handling pets or animals; or (7) After outdoor play.
