HAR §18-237D-200-01. Definitions

As used in sections 18-237D-200-01 to 18-237D-200-25: "Rent collection agreement" means any agreement authorizing a third party to collect rent on behalf of 2 the owner of a transient accommodation located within the State, including online and oral agreements. "Respondent" means the person to whom the citation for violation of section 237D-8.5, HRS, is addressed. "Third party rent collector" means any person authorized under an agreement by the owner of a transient accommodation located within the State to collect rent on behalf of the owner."
