HAR §18-237-200-01. Definitions

As used in sections 18-237-200-01 to 18-237-200-25: "Rent collection agreement" means any agreement authorizing a third party to collect rent on behalf of the owner of real property located within the State, including online and oral agreements. "Respondent" means the person to whom the citation for violation of section 237-30.5, HRS, is addressed. "Third party rent collector" means any person authorized under an agreement by the owner of real property located within the State to collect rent on behalf of the owner."
