HAR §19-11-16. Repeal

The airport site approval, airport licensing and airport license renewal regulations effective May 11, 1970 and all rules relating to airport site approval, airport licensing and airport license renewal in effect prior to the effective date of this chaptff are r~ealed. These amendments to and compilation of Chapter 19-11, Hawaii Administrative Rules, shall take effect ten days after filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
