HAR §19-11-7. Issuance of original airport license

Upon receipt of an application for original airport
license, the director, with reasonable dispatch, shall
issue a license appropriate to the character or type of
airport if, on inspection, he is satisfied that the
airport in question meets the s~~~~~rd~ set forth in
§19-11-6.
