HAR §19-121-5. Establishment of statewide traffic records system

At the request of the director of transportation, the county and state agencies shall provide the director, or a designated representative, all records which are required to be kept pursuant to section 19-121-3 or 19-121-4 and which the director deems necessary for the purpose of establishing the statewide interrelated traffic records system.
