HAR §19-122-311. Verification of lawful status nonrefundable fees

(a) The examiner of drivers shall charge a nonrefundable flat one dollar fee to applicants who require a verification of lawful status. (b) The fees collected shall become state realizations and be deposited into the state highway fund.
