HAR §19-126-4. Accident reports

The police department of each county shall prepare accident reports of all major traffic accidents which occur on public highways or streets in the county. A copy of each report shall be transmitted, at no cost, to the highways division. [Eff: AUG 26 1982] (Auth: HRS §286-8) (Imp: HRS §286-8)
