HAR §19-129-30. Enforcement
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 19-129-30
This chapter shall be
enforced by the authority or by a police officer of
the county in which the violation occurs. Arrest
and citations for violations shall be as set forth in
§286-10, Hawaii Revised Statutes. [Eff: AUG 26 1982]
