HAR §19-129-32. Penalties
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 19-129-32
Penalties for violation of
this chapter shall be as set forth in §286-8, Hawaii
Revised Statutes. Any person violating this chapter
shall also be subject to revocation of any permits
issued to him under §264-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
