HAR §19-12-17. Repeal

The airport zoning regulations effective April ~1, 1972, and as amended effective Ap~il 6, 1974,·and all rules relating to airport zoning in effect prior to the effective date of this chapter are repealed. These· amendments to and compilation of Chapter 19-12, Hawaii Administ·rati ve Rules, shall take effect ten days after filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
