Dated May 27, 2026, were adopted on May 27, 2026,
following a public hearing held on May 19, 2026, after
public notice was given in the Honolulu Advertiser,
The Maui News, The Garden Island, West Hawaii Today,
and the Hawaii Tribune-Herald on April 16, 2026.
These rules shall take effect ten days after
filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
