HAR §19-170-186. Water supply and system

The subdivider shall provide an adequate and potable water supply and system including water mains and fire hydrants to and within the subdivision. The system shall conform to the requirements of the board of water supply. If a private water system is to be used, construction of the system shall conform to the requirements of the board of water supply.
