HAR §19-170-27. the board, there shall be filed with the development corporation an original and seven copies of each paper

Additional copies shall be promptly provided if requested by the chairperson or executive officer. (g) If any paper filed with the development corporation is not in substantial conformity with the applicable rules of the development corporation, on its own motion or on motion of any party, the board may strike the paper or require its amendment. If amended, the paper shall be effective as of the date of the receipt of the amendment.
