Aircraft which remain unairworthy or inact ive (even though airworthy) for a period of six months shall be presu~ed to be in dead storage and may, at the discretion cf the director , be removed trom its space to an area tr.at :he director ~ay designate for that purpose. Alterations to the electr ical circuits shall only be made as indicated in the terms and conditions of the space permit and completed work shall be subject to inspecti on by t he director. (a) Any used rags or wipers shall be removed fro~ hangars daily or stored in covered metal containers. (bl Storage of i tems or materials shall be kept at a minimum and shall be limited only to those that are required for the operation and maintenance of the aircraft . (c) No person shall wash aircraft in a hangar er tie-down area or on a paved co::-..-:tunity ramp or taxi•.-ay. This activit y shall be conducted only in the area iesignated by the director. (d) Aircraft shall be par>:ed i:-.s ide its ass ignee hangar or recessed sufficiently to allow the free movement of other aircraft using tr.e paved areas serving the hangar units.
