HAR §19-20.1-41. Designated areas

(a) The permittee shall deliver merchandise only to areas designated by the director. (b) The permittee shall be allowed to keep the merchandise in the designated areas for a maximum of four hours starting from the time the merchandise is placed in the designated area. (a) The merchandise for each delivery made at a public airport shall be clearly and conspicuously marked with the: (1) Permittee's name; and (2) Time of delivery. (b) The merchandise may be marked individually or as a group as long as it is readily identifiable at all times while it is at the airport. (c) The permittee shall have an authorized 20.1-25 J 2 86 I ,WI §19-20.1-42 representative, wearing the identification badge issued under this chapter, present at all times next to the merchandise, overseeing the merchandise as long as the merchandise is at the airport.
