HAR §19-31.1-5. Exemptions

The following are exempt from
this chapter:
(1)
Aircraft operating primarily in commerce between
the state of Hawaii and:
(A)
Any other State in the United States; or
(B)
Any foreign country;
(2)
Aircraft owned or operated by the United States;
(3)
Aircraft in transit through the State of Hawaii;
and

(4)
Aircraft operated by any scheduled air carrier
which is a lessee of the dapartmen~ under an
airport-airline lease.

S19-31.l-6 Enforcement.
Enforcement of this chapter
shall be as set forth in section 261-17, Hawaii Revised
statutes.
