HAR §19-34-7. Renewals

(a) The holder of a Tour
Aircraft Operators Permit issued under the provisions
of this chapter must apply for a permit renewal if the
permittee intends to continue tour aircraft operations.
(b)
Each permittee desiring to renew its Tour
Aircraft Operators Permit shall make application on
forms provided by th~, director at least sixty days
prior to the expiration date of the permit.
The
application shall be accompanied by the following:
