HAR §20-10-2. General statement of policy

(a) If a person has assumed a financial obligation to the university and payment is past due, the university shall have the right to impose sanctions under this chapter as it may deem appropriate. (b) To implement this chapter, the president or the president 1 s designee may issue guidelines consistent with this chapter and as may be appropriate.
