board, may be charged for permits, services, parking,
entrance, and for the use of facilities and programs
related to the UH management areas.

Mauna Kea lands management special
fund.
(a)
All payments collected pursuant to these
rules shall be deposited into the Mauna Kea lands
management special fund.
(b)
The proceeds of the Mauna Kea lands
management special fund shall be used as provided in
chapter 304A, Hawai 'i Revised Statutes.
