HAR §20-41-15. Term of award

The term of a Hawaii student incentive grant is for a period of one academic year or semester or the equivalent: provided that, for any grant for greater than a semester or its equivalent, the recipient continues to be eligible for such a grant. A grant may be renewed to a total of eight semesters or their equivalent, provided that the recipient continues to be eligible, and funds are made available to the commission for the purposes of the Hawa:i.i Jatude.nt9J.ncentive grant program.
