HAR §20-4-1. Statement of purpose

The purpose of
these rules is to define the term " residence~ to
provide a procedure whereby the determination of
residence status shall be made for all prospective
students ; to provide appeal mechanisms for those
students who feel that their residency classification
is in error; and to provide sanctions for
misrepresentation.
