HAR §21-1-3. Authentication of commission action
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 21-1-3
All decisions rendered
after a contested case, declaratory orders, informal advisory opinions, and
advisory opinions of the commission shall be signed by three or more members of
the commission. Commissioners may authorize commission staff to affix their
