(a) Any person, or the person’s authorized representative, having business with the commission may appear before it. (b) Any person who acts in a manner that prevents the orderly and peaceful conduct of business may be removed upon a vote of three or more UNOFFICIAL: These searchable/hyperlinked rules are unofficial and provided for convenience only.
